The Tradition Difference

While we build, you watch.

Most cabinet shops disappear once the contract is signed. You wait. You wonder. You call to ask where things are. We thought there was a better way.

"You'll know where your project is, every step. From the first sketch to the day we install — you'll see it, approve it, and message us about it from your phone."
  • Status timeline that updates as your cabinets move through the shop
  • Change orders signed from your phone with a clear cost & schedule explanation
  • Every selection — door style, wood, paint, hardware — tracked in one place
  • Message us directly, no more playing phone tag

How It Works

From first conversation to installed cabinets.

Three phases. Predictable timeline. You're in the loop the whole way.

Step 1 · Design

We listen, measure, sketch.

Showroom appointment or site visit. We talk about how you actually use the room, take measurements, and draw the cabinets. You see a branded quote with a plain-English scope and sign electronically.

Step 2 · Build

We build. You watch.

Cabinet Vision drives our CNC; old-school joinery finishes the work. Through it all, your project portal shows you what's happening — status updates, photos, decisions to make, change orders to approve.

Step 3 · Install

We deliver, install, follow up.

Crews on the install date you signed off on. Photo check-in, punch list, final sign-off. Then a 5-year warranty and a service-request line you can hit from the same portal.

Who We Are

A family shop, now in the second generation.

Our father, Jim Ogg, started Tradition Custom Cabinets more than thirty years ago because he wanted to build cabinetry the way it should be built — by hand, by people who care, for customers who care just as much.

Jim retired last year. We've taken over the shop he built — same workshop, same people, same standards. Every project that leaves our Marble Falls shop is still touched by one of us. We answer our own phones. We do our own quotes. We show up at our own installs. Just like Dad did.
